CLASSIC COBALT

If you follow us on Facebook, you will know that we were crushing on classic cobalt last week!

It's bold, bright and looks great with a tan! It seems that it's one of the hottest colours to be seen in this SS15!

Anyone from the Kardashians to Reese Witherspoon have been spotted in some beautiful cobalt numbers this May. It is a colour that will suit any colouring, any hair tone and any size. If your not brave enough to go for the full attire, opt for a some cobalt accessories in the form heels, a clutch, jewellery or even a slick of cobalt eye liner!

For a twist on the classic cobalt, throw a clashing colour in such as orange for a 70's glam vibe.

OOTD// Nude Necessities

With the rise of the fashion bloggers, we seem to look up to them for inspiration and this season there seems to be a certain colour palette that's been adopted... nude. It may be plain but it is far from boring with an array of jewellery, macs and stilettos leading the way.

The easiest way to incorporate a chic nude ensemble is to keep the outfit very basic. so the extra accessories are the statement. Start with a rugged loose fit jean. We went for ripped washed denim with turn ups. In contrast, pair the slouchy jeans with a sheer top. In this instance, a loose wrap chiffon blouse works great. You can tuck the shirt into the waist band for a smarter finish.

Wear with a pair of nude stilettos which make the whole outfit look very chic and elegant. If you're not comfortable with walking in such high shoes, go for a strappy sandal or wedge. Bloggers and celebs are going crazy for the boxed YSL clutch, but at a whopping £795, not everyone has the funds, therefore opt for a similar style. We went for the this slick clutch from New Look at a fraction of the price.

To finish off any look, a nude mac works perfectly. Go for a loose slouchy version in the summer months that simply ties round the waist. It really is just for affect, but you never know what the weather has in store for us.

Jewellery should be kept to a minimum and should be subtle, but not take the focus away from the nude necessities, but enhance the look and throw a little bit of character into it. We went for the dainty Ariana Leaf Necklace, which compliments the outfit perfectly.

Finish with a nude lip pencil to make your lips full, yet natural. You can always add a clear gloss for extra luscious lips.

OOTD// Work Wear to Evening

We all know how long it can take us to get ready for an evening out, but for a lot of us this isn't a luxury we have, juggling work life, home life and a social life.

Here's a few changes you can make to your work wear in 10 minutes to transform your look into a stylish, glamorous evening ensemble.

Work wear to Evening

Work Wear
If you know you're off out quite soon after you clock off, keep the outfit for work quite simple with a tailored pair of suit pants and a  chiffon shirt. Wear a seamless tank vest underneath, just in case the shirt is slightly see through. Team it with a black blazer. We've gone for a loose peplum blazer, for a fitted and feminine silhouette. Wear a pair of point stilettos. They're smart, chic and versatile. To glam up a very simple work wear look, add a statement necklace. The Ariella Black teardrop Jewel necklace looks great at the office. It's quite subtle, but still making a statement to the whole look. For the office, go for an over sized black tote. This is perfect if you have to rush off, as you can fill your bag with your makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc and redo on your commute home, or if your going out straight from work, reapply in the toilets. Wear your hair in a bun to work and spray with lots of hairspray to hold it neatly in place foe the entire day.

Evening Wear
To transform your workwear outfit, roll up your tailored pants so that they're ankle length. This gives the look a bit more character and it's less formal looking. Lose the shirt and now wear the tank vest as a crop top. It's a very casual top, therefore transforming the whole look. Pair it with the peplum blazer, which keeps the outfit looking chic, but without the shirt underneath, makes the whole attire sexy and a definite head turner. Change your necklace for a bit of colour. We've gone for The Lydia Jewel Collar Necklace, as the orange is vibrant and summery. Apply a thick layer of lippy in the same shade as your necklace. Swap the large tote for a sleek boxed clutch. We went for this cool and quirky clutch from River Island, giving the whole look a bit of style and coolness. Finally pull your hair out of the bun its been in all day and run your fingers through it, leaving volumous wavy hair. In just 10 short minutes, we have created a completely different look that no one would suspect you've been in all day.

OOTD// BANK HOLIDAY BESTS

It's official, the bank holiday has arrived! It's the first one of the year and we couldn't be more ready for it. It's a time to hang out with your friends and family, whether it be rocking out 'til 3 am or catching up on Netflix surrounded by Easter egg wrappers.

We've put together the perfect Easter outfit, if you're heading out this mini break. It's a four night weekend, so there's no excuse!

90's disco is a huge trend this season! The mini dress has made a comeback paired with super chunky mules. The high street is full of tin foil like garments, chunky flatforms and tiny skirts/ dresses.

We've gone for a fitted shimmery white mini dress and paired it with a boxy leather jacket for a sexy grunge feel. Wear it with any type of heel, as long as it's chunky and has a blocky look to it. On this occasion, we've picked a simple leather mule.

The bag is a silver sparkle clutch with buckle detailing and a messenger strap included if you're sick of holding your bag while trying to drink and dance.

Tha Adorning Ava Monochrome range works great for the 90s disco trend. The Abby Statement Monochrome Necklace sits beautifully with the shimmery mini and The Danica Silver Jewel Cuff adds a bit of character to the outfit.

Finish with a smudgey eye for a 90s grunge feel. You can afford to use a colour, as the outfit is very plain in colour. We've gone for a purple haze, as this seems to be the big 'it' shade this season with Derek Lam, Vera Wang and Mathew Williamson all a fan.

There you have, the perfect outfit for any evening! If it's a tad chilly, add a pair of tights and go for a chunky boot, still in keeping with the trend, but much more sensible if it's torrential rain.

Have a lovely weekend everyone!
